What Should The Next Generation Be to Cope Up with The World?

Not too long ago, computers were the luxurious staff to have. A limited number of companies had them and there were not skilled men (women) to operate them. To be honest they were not that interesting things too because would you be cool with writing commands on a prompt and get outputs without artistic graphical user interfaces?
Things have changed for the better now. We have computers in our homes. We sometimes carry them around in our backpacks and we have those little ones in our pockets. Here we are enjoying the goods of computers right now.
Technology-wise, our country was too slow to digitalize and develop its skills. Although there has been a great improvement, it is difficult to say that our generation is harvesting the benefits of technology. What made me say that? Most of us are using social networks but for the bad. Most of us surf to irrelevant sites on the internet. I can list many things about our misuse of technology but let’s stop here because I am not here to talk about the cons of technology.
So let me come back to my point. I say we are not using technology or computers greatly. We’re still end-users of Microsoft and Google (Why didn’t I raise Apple? Poor Mentality LOL). So the next generation should be inquisitive about everything it uses. Kids must be fascinated about what makes Facebook, Facebook. What is the technology behind it?
Have you ever been wondering about what made the villain shoot on your avatar when you play video games? The next generation of this country should ask more, research more and teach itself more about these things. Make good use of the internet. Search about Data Science (By the way I am trying to get to know this concept) or Artificial Intelligence. Find interesting books written about them.
Help your younger siblings when they try to understand the behind the scenes of all the staff around them. Otherwise, our country will only be the end-user of the technologies invented by fellow countries. Additionally, we will never be able to get the creative juice run around in the minds of the youngsters.
Finally, you may be wondering why I am not advising this to this generation. It is because I am part of this generation and I can’t be the father figure of my peers.
